Clean hotel, affable staff, favourable location. Spotless and brand-new room provided with a single bed, clean towels and a TV. Nice facilities. Perfectly pleasant experience there.

Had peaceful experience, the room I stayed in was decent sized with a single bed, clean towels plus a TV. Nice facilities, everything you could wish for. Location: the hotel was just off airport and restaurants.

Nothing! It was awful I would never stay here again.
Everything! The bathroom was full of mold. For a non-smoking room the sheets and pillows smelt like smoke. We slept on and with our own blankets because we were afraid of catching something from the room.

The staff was really helpful. Our GPS got us lost in Richmond, and they were able to help us get back to hotel.

The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful
The 'non-smoking' room smelled of old smoke and was not clean. The sheets had cigarette holes in them. The entire property had an unpleasant odor of urine.

Close to the airport
There was only two towels, and the bathroom was falling apart, literally. Tub wouldn't drain, wall tiles being pushed out because water has gotten behind the wall. Had to jury rig window to keep it from vibrating and making noise.
